Levobot is an online software service. Nothing is shipped physically.

• Your plan is delivered instantly online: features unlock in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
• Leads are delivered inside your Levobot account as searches complete, and on the days and time you schedule.
• Invoices are available on the Billing page and are emailed to you after each payment.
• If your plan hasn't unlocked within 30 minutes of a successful payment, write to [support email] and we'll fix it the same day.
