Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and [your full legal name], an individual based in [city], India ("Levobot", "we"), for the use of the Levobot website and software (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The Service

Levobot finds businesses that may want what you sell from public sources, collects the contact details those businesses publish, and helps you contact them: it drafts emails for your approval and sends approved emails from the mailbox you connect. Results depend on your market and offer; we don't guarantee any number of leads, replies or sales.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and use the Service for your business, not as a consumer.
  • Keep your login and connected mailbox credentials secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Give accurate business details. They appear in the emails you send.

3. Your outreach and the law

You decide who to contact and approve every message. You agree to:

  • contact businesses only about offers relevant to them, and identify yourself honestly;
  • follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, TRAI rules for calls and messages, and where relevant GDPR, the UK PECR and the US CAN-SPAM Act;
  • honour opt-out requests (Levobot adds an unsubscribe link and keeps a do-not-contact list for you);
  • not use the Service for spam, harassment, scams, or to contact consumers about unrelated offers;
  • not message people on WhatsApp or by phone where the law or the platform's rules require prior consent you don't have.

We may pause sending or suspend accounts that put recipients, our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

4. Free preview, plans and payment

  • The free preview lets you run one search and see a summary of results. Names and contacts unlock with a paid plan.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • In India, plans are priced in rupees and paid through our payment partner by UPI, card or bank mandate. GST is added where it applies to us.
  • Each plan includes a monthly number of leads and mailboxes, shown on the pricing page. Unused leads don't roll over.
  • You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal.

5. Data

Leads, emails and replies in your account are yours to use under these terms. Lead data comes from public business sources and may be incomplete or out of date; check important details before relying on them. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use of the Service

Don't resell lead data in bulk, attempt to access other customers' data, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing database.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, its software and brand belong to us. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or business), and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to [support email]. We may end or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city], India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your own country.
