This policy explains what personal data Levobot, operated by [your full legal name], an individual based in [city], India ("we"), collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and Google account ID.
- Business details: information you give us about your business and the customers you want to reach.
- Connected mailbox: the access you grant so we can send the emails you approve and read replies to them. We don't read or keep other messages.
- Payments: handled by our payment partners. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card or bank details.
- Usage: basic technical information needed to run and secure the service.
2. Business contacts we find
To find leads we use publicly available business information, such as contact details a business has published on its own website or listings. If you received an email sent through Levobot and don't want more, use the unsubscribe link in it or write to [support email].
3. How we use data
- to provide the service you signed up for;
- to bill you and send account and security messages;
- to keep the service safe and prevent misuse.
We use data only to provide and improve the service, to meet our legal obligations, or with your consent. We never sell your data or share it with other customers.
4. Google sign-in
If you use Google to sign in, we use the information Google shares only to create your account and log you in. We don't use it for advertising and don't share it, except as needed to run the service.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Levobot (such as hosting, payments and AI processing), under terms that protect it, or when the law requires it.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your settings. No advertising cookies.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
